With Warlocks and Necromancy on the rise (particularly in Georgia), Trump lawyers have challenged undead votes to the Supreme Court. At this time, there is nothing in the law to handle Votes from Zombies, Ghosts and other undead or super natural entities. Many have argued this needs to be addressed as soon as possible. With the Covid Vaccine coming out, it is possible something could go wrong and turn more people into Zombies. We are gonna need Will Smith or Charleton Heston soon, as we might start the Zombie Apocalypse many have been waiting for. However, it is yet to be determined if their vote counts.
Some have proposed a 3/5 Compromise where undead only count as 3/5ths of a vote. There is some concern how this might impact swing states. Many of the votes in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Georgia seem to have come from unnatural sources. This has happened before and could lead to a split in the nation with live states and undead states splitting the nation. It is possible that a line could be drawn at the Mason-Dixon line and below that point undead votes would not count. This could lead to Georgia going to Trump but would not impact Northern states.
As this goes to the Supreme Court, there is some question as to whether RGB will get a vote. One Democratic Necromancer claims she has been resurrected and will take her place on the court. Other Justices have been told to wear helmets or otherwise protect their brains. Even with RGB back on the court it may not be enough if it is ruled that she only has 3/5 of a vote. it could break 5-4 3/5. Necromancers may need to resurrected more Justices.
