Probation Report and Sentence Recommendation for Felon D***** T****

Trump in dimly Lit Room

The probation department has interviewed convicted felon D***** T****. They now making recommendations concerning possible sentences. Our undercover agents obtained portions of the report and it’s recommendations.

The Probation Report

If he gets the government job, he is applying for, he has said that any time any place searches will not be allowed. This lack of cooperation will go against him (1) suggesting that this is an inappropriate job for him. He is also resisting searches during job application interviews (campaign speeches) and has assistants to enforce this (2).

Home detention except for job interviews may be required. This limits golf course play to the putting green and half of the 1st hole which effects your score. Job search records must be provided. Felon claims golf is necessary for the job being applied for (3).

Restitution may be required but DT has refused to give back the 2016 election to Hillary Clinton. This lack of restitution will also be held against him (4).

Community service may be required like doing processing at the border and assisting shoplifters to stay under $950. Felon objects to both activities (5).

DT has access to a private plane and is therefore a flight risk (6).

Employment and Associates

Although they have considerable leeway in setting sentences, judges can’t impose community service that unduly interferes with an offender’s due process rights, including the opportunity for paid employment, the maintenance of a normal family life, and the preservation of a stable home environment. Examples of sentences that courts have found invalid include:

  • the forfeiture of all of an offender’s assets, including his home (so there Leticia) in addition to full-time charitable work for four years. Felon claims he is seeking work in the public sector to last four years. Felon says interfering with seeking that job would not be allowed.
  • community service involving physical labor that the offender is unable to perform due to age or infirmity. This would apply to the other guy seeking the job and
  • banishing an offender from his/her home and community (where the offense wasn’t a sex crime). E. Jean has claimed this offense so he may have to register as a sex offender. Sniffing is not considered a sex crime.

This convicted felon admits to associating daily with people who carry guns. No interaction with anyone who has a gun would be allowed. Felon objects to that stipulation which is strike 7 against him.

This felon is seeking employment in a career that includes numerous felons. He cannot associate with felons such as Steve Bannon, Perter Navarro, Michael Cohen, General Patraeus, Hunter Biden and many others. Although he could pardon all those felons and negate the problem (8) if he gets the job.

No p0rn star interaction or lap dances. All offspring must be acknowledged. Sorry, that applies to the other recently convicted felon.

Limiting Options

Report to a probation officer, daily would seem limiting enough during the campaign. Job he is applying for would make this impossible (9). Also may require international travel which courts could ban.

Use public transportation only. No driving especially in Corvettes. DT says he doesn’t drive and doesn’t own a Corvette. Felon claims government limos and aircrafts are public transportation. An opinion from the court on this claim may be necessary. Still, strike 10.

Felon D***** T**** has a minimum of 10 strikes against him making him an unacceptable candidate for probation. It is unclear that home detention would be acceptable either. Prison seems necessary to protect the public from this felon.

We here at DogFacePonia expect this to be enforced to it’s fullest extend. This is because D***** T**** is a Trump Supporter and therefore not above the law.
