Cincinnati – In 2019 The Cincinnati Reds had a mediocre season and managed to finish with a 75-87 In Fourth place in the NL Central Division one position ahead of the Pittsburg Pirates.
When interviewed about the plans for 2020 season Team President Dick Williams said “Our plan in 2020 is to again finish ahead of the Pirates, sure some teams want to make the playoffs we just want to not suck as much as Pittsburgh”
The Pittsburgh Pirates have long been seen as one of the worst franchises in Baseball and yet 2019 was the first time since 2013 the Reds finished ahead of them. The Reds are looking to go a second consecutive year with a record better than the pathetic Pirates.
In related news Dusty Baker who was the Red manager the last time they were relevant will be the manager of the Astros next season. Reports are the Team is trying to invent new ways to cheat after they were caught stealing signs.
