In shocking news, reportedly AOC was almost murdered by the Constitution of the United States. We wanted to understand what this could mean for AOC and America. Would the Democrats now try to put the Constitution on trial and label it as a convicted felon like Donald Trump?
As you may remember, AOC told us all that Ted Cruz almost murdered her. The logic was impossible to question or understand. She claimed she was in danger because people were protesting in the capital (even though she was not there). Ted Cruz was there to challenge the results of the 2020 Election, which the Constitution allows. Then despite the election process going through albeit delayed, it was declared an insurrection by Democrats. This is despite the many times Democrats did similar things and AOC supported them. In AOC‘s mind, there is no insurrection unless the mainstream media says so.
SCOTUS and The Constitution Team Up
Recent Supreme Court rulings based on the Constitution narrowed obstruction charges for J6 Capital protestors. Could that mean it was not an insurrection because they did not obstruct anything? It is all confusing in her head. Then, worst of all for AOC, Trump was found to have immunity for Official Actions based on The Constitution. It was as if this Constitution was trying to almost murder her and didn’t care about her feelings. It was to blame for every almost murder she had faced. This is even if Nancy Pelosi said she was responsible. Get this. there is no crime defined in the Constitution called almost murder. In fact, there is no crime called almost murder anywhere.
What Could Be Done?
Something must be done she thought. She wondered if she could have the Constitution impeached. She was told that the Constitution was a living document so why not? However, it turned out that would be hard to do since it was the Constitution that defined impeachment. It said nothing about impeaching documents, only people. She felt that she would need to change or get rid of the Constitution entirely but how could she do that? Only through the Supreme Court. So she came up with a plan to try to impeach members of the Supreme Court. Which is technically allowed by the Constitution. Then hope that those replacements would get revenge on the Constitution for its actions.
We here in DogFacePonia have known for a long time that the Constitution was the enemy of Liberals. This is because they don’t seem to understand it. Still, this takes it to the next level. AOC had better watch out. There are rumors that Trump might appoint Ted Cruz to the Supreme Court after he is reelected.
